Boiled Cider is a tart-sweet treat that gives you the essence of apple in a thick syrup. Made of 100% apple cider you can pour this lusciousness over pancakes, ice cream, oatmeal – in other words, pour it over anything that needs a punch of flavor. Stir a few tablespoons into hot or cold water to make a cup of cider or use to replace maple or corn syrup in any recipe. It will last for 6 months or more in your refrigerator (but I bet you will use it all up long before that once you taste it!)
