Why am I not seeing the Individual forms for supplies any more?

All of the supplies have been combined onto one form. You can select the types of supplies you are requesting and will only need to enter information for those specific items?

Where is the Web Site Photos form that was on the old website?

This has been combined with the Foster Dog Update Report to make submitting easier for volunteers.

Why do I not have to enter information about myself on the new forms?

For any volunteer that is logged into the website, your information will automatically be populated on the form to save volunteers time.
