Hi, I'm...
Ronnie - I am Adoption Pending

Ronnie the Remarkable, Resilient Cairn is ready for a forever home! This lovely 10 year-old lady started out as a “breeder” dog and her life was scary and lonely for the first many years. Col. Potter was called in to see if we could help, and she began the first step in her new life.

A Vet visit identified an ear infection which was treated, teeth that need to be cleaned, and very long nails that were clipped. And because she deserved the best, a spa visit sent her off to a new beginning.

Her first days in her foster home caused some concern because she could barely walk and she was overweight. And typical of a breeder dog she did not show any control or discrimination over when and where she urinated and defecated! But resilient Ronnie watched her foster brother who is also a Cairn, and learned from him how to do all these new things.

She has learned how to enjoy her daily walks and and is learning how to run! You can witness Ronnie's amazing walking progress in these two videos. The second video was taken two weeks after she arrived! Ronnie 4/27/21 Ronnie 4/27/21
