These yummy Gingersnap Cookies are magic – they can be chewy or crisp. Shipped in a decorative tin – these cookies make a great gift as well!
The gingersnaps are rolled in granulated sugar before baking, and will be sent in an airtight holiday cookie tin. The cookie tin will make the gingersnaps crispy. Take them out of the container and put them in another container that is not airtight, and they will become chewy. It’s like magic – they can be whatever crispness you desire! Each order will contain 2 dozen gingersnaps.
INGREDIENTS: Flour, baking soda, salt, veg. shortening, sugar, eggs, molasses (unsulphured), ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
