I’m an energetic 20 month old boy and I’m looking for my forever home. I’m a very confident boy and know what I want. My favorite thing is to go outside in the yard and zoom around chasing my ball. You can never have too many balls around for me. I will play fetch as long as you are willing to throw the ball. In fact foster mom has to take my ball to get me to come inside.
I’m a well behaved boy but when new people come over I get so excited that I want to jump up to get closer to you. What do you expect I’m only 20 months old and I like to play, but foster mom says I have to keep 4 on the floor (I finally figured that she means all 4 feet have to be on the floor). I don’t really like that rule but I’m really trying to listen to her. I like attention so I love to lay with you on the couch and get my belly rubbed. I sleep quietly in my crate at night but I’d really rather sleep in the big soft bed. I like to lay beside you and rest my head on your lap. So, if you want a beautiful boy who is ball crazy and likes to snuggle, then I’m your boy! Hurry up and get your application filled out because I won’t be here very long.

UPDATE 9/5/2024: Racky is a stunningly beautiful wheaten Cairn Terrier AND he’s housebroken! This big boy weighs about 21.8 pounds and is full of love!
Hey, my name is Racky and I love people everywhere! Did I hear you say ball?? Did you say ball?? Oh yeah, my favorite thing to do is chase my ball. Over and over and over again! I need you to throw it really far so I can show you how fast I can run to get it. Well, if you don’t want to do that right now, I can chew my Nyla bone on my dog bed or on the couch or on the rug for a little while. Sometimes I even like to take a nap after I’ve chased my ball. What can I say…I’m only 20 months old so I’ve got plenty of energy. But did I say I really love to play with my ball? Do you want to see me play with my ball? I love treats and food and did I say treats? I am very motivated to do things for you if you’ve got something for me to eat. I’m not picky…a treat is a treat! Foster mom says when I get really excited, like when I see my ball or people, so sometimes I forget my manners and jump on people. I’m trying really hard to remember I have to keep my feet on the floor.
Are you tired? Do you want to sit down? Great, cause I’m ready to sit by you so you can pet me. I can bring my ball just in case you want to throw it for me.
Foster mom took me for a walk the other day and I wasn’t too sure I liked that thing she put on me at first. I’m a good boy because I get along with my foster brothers and sisters. Two of my foster brothers are 14 years old and sometimes are grouchy and don’t want to play with me. I try to listen real good and find something else to do. What? Did someone say BALL?? I get “Good Boy” lots of time because I know to go potty outside and not in the house!
