Macie

I’d like to introduce Macie.

Macie is the SWEETEST little cairn girl ever. Her little tail is always wagging and she always has a smile on her face. No matter what is being done to her, she wags her tail.

Macie gets along with the resident cairns very well. She doesn’t really play with toys but will pick a stuffie up every now and then and will carry it for a short period of time.

She LOVES PEOPLE! She hasn’t met a human she doesn’t love. She LOVES attention and comes to us frequently to be picked up and hugged.

Macie’s favorite pastime is to be held and cuddled. She will stay in your lap or lay right beside you for as long as you are sitting. As soon as you get up, she gets up and follows you wherever you are going. She loves to be right beside you at all times.

She jumps in her crate at night and waits for her treat then lays down and doesn’t make a peep until morning.

She has learned to wait her turn for treats, even though she LOVES treat time.

She is 98% housetrained with only a couple of accidents in the past few weeks. She is learning to tell us when she needs to go outside but isn’t always consistent so we take her out on a schedule.

Macie isn’t quite ready for adoption but will be soon.
