Hi, I'm...
Django - I am Not Ready
I'm not ready for adoption

Django, what’s not to love? Those eyes. That beautiful brindle coat. This sweetheart has had a rough go that past several months, with the passing of his human, moving from home to home until a kind family member realized Col. Potter would find a stable, forever home where he could settle in, claim his own space and nurture his cairn spirit. Django is named after Django Reinhardt, the famous rhythm guitarist, known for his distinct gypsy jazz style. The name suits his resilience and deep soulful presence. Django was quiet as a mouse the first week he and foster mom were getting acquainted. He was slow to express his interests and wanted to be left alone. That only lasted a week and now, the terrier is coming out! He smiles more often when a favorite human shows up, is starting to let the neighborhood know of his existence and has enjoyed a couple zoomie moments. But they’re pretty short-lived cuz he’s an older guy. Right now, Django spends his time following his foster mom around.
