These hand-made fabric bowl holders can be used as a potholder for heating up food in the microwave or for cold items such as a bowl of ice cream. Made with two layers of Warm and Natural batting which provides a nice thick padding like a heavy duty potholder.
You don’t just have to use it to heat up stuff in the microwave. When used with a serving dish, the Fabric Bowl Holder makes it easier to carry the dish to the table (as opposed to using oven mitts or potholders) – especially if you have issues with arthritis.

The large size, which is offered here, fits bowls measuring up to 8” across. Also this size holds the 3 c. (1 liter), 6 c. (1.5 liters) and 10 c. (2 liters) Pyrex bowls or the 1.5 quart & 1.6 liter Corning Ware dishes. (see pics showing 2 sizes of dishes).
Ingredients: All cotton fabric and thread so safe to use in the microwave.
